Products purchased from Surabhi Decor are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
All items are thoroughly quality-checked by our professionals before dispatch.
If you receive a product that appears damaged or defective, you must:
Report the issue immediately to the delivery agent upon receipt.
Email our customer care team at info@surabhidecor.in with supporting photo or video evidence.
Size and Fit Disclaimer: Please ensure you are fully aware of the product dimensions before placing an order. Replacements will not be accepted if the item does not fit through your entryway, hallway, or desired space.
Customers are required to be present at the time of delivery to inspect the product.
Warranty Policy
Surabhi Decor furniture comes with the following warranty coverage:
1-Year Free Service Warranty for the following issues:
Termite damage
Beetle infestation
Cracks or splits (checks)
10-Year Paid Service Warranty for the same issues mentioned above.
Exceptions (Not Covered or Subject to Paid Service):
Damages caused by moisture or temperature fluctuations.
Cracks developed due to direct sunlight exposure or relocation to dry climate conditions.

Delivery & Doorstep Service
Products will be delivered under the following conditions:
For residences or offices located on the ground floor, items will be delivered to the doorstep.
For multi-storey buildings, items will be placed in a secure lobby area after notifying the security desk.
Customers are responsible for arranging manpower to move the furniture inside the premises or to higher floors.
Surabhi Decor and its logistics partners are not liable if the furniture does not fit into your space due to entryway or room size constraints. Please check dimensions before placing an order.
