1. No Return, Exchange, or Cancellation

Products purchased from Surabhi Decor cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled under any circumstances, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Once an item is dispatched, it is not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or refund.
2. Damaged or Defective Items

All products undergo a thorough quality check before shipment.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, it must be:

Reported immediately to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

Documented with photos or videos and sent via email to info@surabhidecor.in within 24 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, we will repair the defective or damaged product at your delivery address within 7 days.

Please note: No refunds or returns will be provided, only repairs where applicable.
3. Product Dimensions & Accessibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product dimensions are suitable for their space before placing an order.

No replacement or refund will be offered if the product does not fit through doorways, hallways, or into the desired location.
4. Delivery Inspection

The customer must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the product for any visible damage or issues.

Issues reported after delivery without immediate acknowledgment may not be considered valid for repair.
