Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please ensure you review the product dimensions before placing your order to confirm that it can pass through your hallway or entrance.

Orders are typically delivered within 30 to 45 days from the date of purchase.
International shipping is available. Please contact us in advance for international orders, as customs regulations may apply.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details and active contact information. Surabhi Decor will not be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses or contact details.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email within 6 to 8 hours, containing your tracking ID and delivery partner details.
In case of any damage or defect, it must be:
- Reported immediately to the delivery agent.
- Documented with photo or video evidence and emailed to info@surabhidecor.in for resolution.
Assembly Services: If your product is delivered in a dismantled form and requires professional installation, assistance will be provided.
Surabhi Decor is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, travel restrictions, or pandemics.
Deliveries are usually made on business days, but may be scheduled on public holidays upon request.
